Founder & President
Jon-Jon Knepp
As the Founder and President, Jon-Jon brings more than twenty years of experience in the financial services industry, focusing on retirement planning and wealth management. A Financial Advisor and Fiduciary with an insurance license, he is dedicated to providing tailored, strategic solutions that help clients achieve their financial goals with confidence and clarity. A proud graduate of DePauw University, Jon-Jon enjoys spending quality time with his wife and four children. Outside of his professional life, he is passionate about coaching youth basketball and embracing the outdoors through activities like boating and fishing.
Chief Operating Officer
Tara Holloway
Tara joined KFG in 2024 and brings over 20 years of executive experience in marketing and strategic planning. With a background in Fortune 500 companies, she drives firm growth and operations while enhancing the client and team experience. She holds a Marketing degree from IU’s Kelley School of Business and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan. Tara enjoys early mornings, walking, and spending time with her family.

Kelly Tully
Kelly is a licensed Investment Advisor and Life Insurance Agent with Knepp Financial Group, where she has been serving clients since 2019. A graduate of Florida State University, Kelly enjoys reading, practicing yoga, boating, and spending time with her family.
Director of Marketing
Jaci Ratliff
Jaci joined the KFG team in 2022 and manages all marketing and event planning aspects of the business. Jaci is a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington with a degree in Event Management and Business. She is a food and cocktail enthusiast and enjoys hosting dinner parties, reading, fitness, watching sports, and of course planning!

Terri Chapman
Terri, a Ball State graduate, has provided outstanding customer service at KFG since 2009. She brings professionalism, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset to every interaction. Outside of work, she enjoys watching her grandson, gardening, hiking, and going to the beach.

Sheri Stewart
Sheri has been a trusted member of the KFG team since 2010, providing clients with guidance and personalized support. From annual reviews to client withdrawals, Sheri ensures each client feels valued. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, gardening, and baking.
Account Manager
Grace Shafer
Grace joined KFG in 2025 and was quickly moved into the account manager role. She manages new FIA business processing, ensuring seamless account setup with carriers. Outside of work, Grace enjoys traveling, coffee adventures, and spending time with her significant other.
Director of Health and Wellness
Annie Knepp
Annie joined KFG in October 2019 and brings joy to the office with her calm and friendly nature. She loves long walks, chasing squirrels, Kenny Chesney concerts, snacks, quilting, boating, and local Euchre tournaments.
